On Feb 10th, 2017 my good friend and neighbor brought me and my husband a plate each of takeout Pad Thai and we couldn’t believe how good it was! Finally found a Pad Thai that tastes like a Pad Thai (peanut sauce) and the portions were huge!! Sincerely for the price, the amazing taste and the amount of food I definitely highly recommend this place!! My new place to go to for Pad Thai!! AMAZING PAD THAI…DELISH!!! 🙂
Service was quick and friendly. Food was tastey and surprisingly not salty. Price was decent. Decor and cleanliness could be better. Used that bathroom after eating and it was quite dirty which makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the food prep area. Oh well.
Mediocre pho. The broth is really salty yet somehow flavourless. The portions are below average. I can’t say much about the other dishes but I will not be returning.
I have only been here once. The food was okay, the prices were about average, but the portions were on the small side. If you’re in the area and specifically want Vietnamese, this place isn’t the worst option. Good in a pinch, otherwise, don’t bother.
Needs to be consistent. Went for bubble tea couple days ago, it was great I have to admit especially because of the location that’s close to my place. went for bubble tea again today, very dissapointing, far from good, had to ask for more sugar and the color was a bit beige (i ordered taro, supposed to be purple). i’m sure it does not take a genius to make bubble tea, you just need to follow the instructions and put the right amount ingredient.Hope they work something out to better their service.good luck

Mediocre at best. I have been to this restaurant maybe 5 times in the past two years, and each time I am dissapointed. Ambivalent servers, poor quality meat, and a frigid restaurant do not a happy Diner make. The fact that it is on Merivale is its’ saving grace, as I can get desperate for pho and reach for the closest option. I suspect that’s what brings people here in the first place. That being said, it’s a pho town, pholks, get with the program. Never again.
