This place is just okay. Pizza isn’t the best tasting Pizza Hut product I’ve ever had and service seems to be slow. I once had to argue with the location as I was mailed a flyer from them and when I tried to order the deal they said it doesn’t apply to their location even though the location was printed directly on the flyer. I called the call centre and was able to order it.
I ordered pizza to be delivered, was told that it would take 30minutes (I live 5 minutes away, but was sick and didn’t want to cook for a couple of days). After 50 minutes, I phoned to ask what the status was, the guys that I spoke to, put me on hold (I thought that he would be coming back to say when the pizza was coming)-I was on hold 20minutes and then got a representative that wasn’t even in Barrhaven.She tried to phone the Barrhaven Pizza Hut and couldn’t get through. She offered to re-order my pizzas, but I said no. Customer service at the Barrhaven Pizza Hut today was horrible.The pizzas never showed up and I won’t be ordering from them again.
