Worst Shawarma in Barrhaven. Also most expensive.What makes this place the worst isn’t the food, it’s the horrible customer service. If you are willing to wait more than 30 minutes just to get your order, then please go ahead. I’ve tried more than 3 times now to get a shawarma there (only because it’s the closest location to my house) and each time I’ve walked out after waiting forever and there was only 2 people in front. When I did manage to wait, the food was cold by the time I arrived home because it took forever to pay. Come On people, sit down restaurants are faster.If you’re looking for awesome shawarma, cheaper prices and even better customer service, I highly recommend GUAVA’S!! I love it there, one of the best in Ottawa.

One of the best shawarma joint in Ottawa. I like a lot. I am there at least once a week. Never disappointed me. Always fresh, tasty…. Shocked by the other reviews. I think It deserves more.

Okay, didn’t blow me away. Ordered a chicken shawarma. Very generous with the toppings, but I had sauce regret when I bit into the sandwich. After the server added the chicken, I was asked if I wanted some additional sauce from the squeeze bottles. Chicken was a bit dry for my taste, should have added extra sauce. Spicy garlic sauce wasn’t very spicy. I suspect that it is merely garlic sauce mixed with sriracha giving it that odd orange colour. TL;DR: Big sandwich. Sauce regret. Orange garlic sauce.
