Their burgers are hands down the best in the city. Basic topping options. Price is fair. Fries are meh. They serve a great burger if that’s what you’re craving!
Love love love this place. They make everything fresh and it’s worth the wait! The milkshakes are the bomb! It’s a Vancouver company and its only getting bigger and better! They now have dinner options Wednesday to Friday nights before 9:30!
They sell raw meat and make raw sausages in addition to burgers. Asked to buy what’s left of the turkey sausages (about 6). They said there was so few left because the meat arrived late the day before. I thought that meant the sausages were made that morning, so when they found more in the back, I bought them too. That should’ve been my clue — they were selling me stale sausages that they were about to throw out. I got sick from eating them. Unscrupulous people with no morals!
Words cannot describe. After my first Vera’s burger today, I can say that I’ve lived a full life and now can lay me down to rest. What a party in my mouth, as the burger melts in my mouth the way ice cream does. I have never tasted anything like it and will be sure to return.
Sloppy service and overdone burgers. Went yesterday and was disappointed with how long it took to receive my food (waited ~5 minutes to receive my burger after it was placed on the bun)

Waaaay overrated. I heard good reviews, so I went to check it out. I waited almost half an hour for my burger and fries. They were very expensive, so I hoped for the best. The burger was overcooked, and the fries raw. After that long wait I couldn’t believe the fries weren’t cooked. I won’t be back, I can make far better myself and for 1/8th of the price.
