Giant piece of plastic in food!! We went on a Saturday night and the restaurant was mostly empty. We should have taken that as a bad sign and left. The waitress showed up after a long delay and was in a bad mood. She tossed the glasses of water on the table and left without so much as an acknowledgement. At the end of the meal, they actually had the audacity to charge for the meal with plastic in it. When being asked for the manager, she said there is no manager on site, and refused to give the manager’s name. The rest of the food was not that good either.
Not bad. Everyone liked their lunch. It’s just not anything special or worth raving about. I’d say the Bento box was the best looking item. The service was iffy, they understaffed the place and we kept having to flag down the server. The pad Thai was enjoyed, the vermicelli dish was served on a plate which I dislike because I like to mix everything together.
Food at this place is always a hit !!! They manage to stay consistent… Especially with the sushi ….Staff super friendly …prices are responsible…. nice area to sit outside but still away from hectic downtown patios… Deff recommend this place.
This place has amazing maki rolls, soups and apps!! I would stay away from the mains as all the other items are large portions anyway. This is definitely one of my go-to places for rice rolls, soups and the prices are very reasonable. Note: I have gotten take out a couple of times and it is not as good, the portions are smaller and they forgot an item in my soup on two occasions.
Last week I had take out there for lunch and was not disappointed. The dish was tasty and the heat level is adjusted for each order. The setting is modern and warm but on the small side.
Do not order take out from this spot. Be warned. There is absolutely no waiting area so if it’s not ready you have to stand right were the servers access the kitchen. Also on two occasions they gave is the wrong orders. The inside is basically eye candy to make it feel fancy but the cuisine is average. To go and sit I might but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
Went here the other night and ordered the chow mein. When it arrived at the table the noodles were not cooked??? No where on the menu does it say that the dish is served with raw egg noodles. I’ve never had chow mein with uncooked noodles in my life. So disgusted and confused as to why they though serving raw noodles was a good idea. When I told the waitress it was not what I expected she started to walk away on me and I had to call her back to tell her I would like another dish. When I received my second dish (Pad Thai) it lacked flavour and just did not taste like Pad Thai. Disgusted and will not be returning.
