We’ve been dealing with Willy’s in Barrhaven since around the time they opened. We’ve never had an issue with the product and service over these years.Best quality all the time , and lots of cheese and the service is always good.
I don’t usually post issues online, but I am quite upset how this was handled, I doubt I will order from Willy’s in Barrhaven again. There is other pizza places that are just as good, and give better service. I have been ordering pizza and other menu items regularly from here since they opened in Barrhaven. Food is always delicious, hot, and delivered in a reasonable time. On our most resent order, after a very long day, both my wife and I wanted something quick and easy, so pizza it is! Ordered our food no problem,was told it would be here in 25 minutes or so. Sure thing it was, pizza was straight out of the oven and to my door. The food isn’t the issue, it was how a complaint was handled. Up until recent, we have had no issues. But 3 of our 4 past orders have been missing the garlic dip we order. I wouldn’t make a big fuss, but they charge $1.50 for this, and we order 2 ever time. And our 2nd last order was missing a soft drink too, so we are out more than $10 over the last couple orders. On top of this, I am paying a premium for delivery and using mobile debit. I work in the restaurant business to, so missing dip, out $10, honestly, no big deal. Mistakes happen, I get it. But here is my issue:After the second order we were missing the dip (along with a pop we ordered), we called back and were promised that it would be complimentary our next order. Well, our next order, no only did we pay for it, but it was forgotten again. So we call back, are apologized to (and in the back ground, I hear the guy that took the call rip into the driver for forgetting it), and was told the driver will be back right away, and with a complimentary soft drink. We wait patiently, and I call back almost an hour after I told someone would be right over (this is almost 10pm, and we are all ready to go to bed). I was apologized to again, asked if the driver ever came by and I said no. So I was told again, that the guy who answered the phone (pretty sure it’s the guy who runs the place, recognize his voice) will bring our stuff. He never came. So twice in one night, I gave them an opportunity to fix the issue, and they failed. So I felt it was necessary to make my comments to their corporate office. My wife happens to know the gentleman who responded, and assured me it was an honest apology. In his response, he stated that the Owner of that location will get in touch with me. It’s been a week and no response. I’ve never had to do this before, but it’s sad to see how poor their customer service has gotten, and I know I’m not the only one that feels this way. I will very likely give them another chance, but it won’t be for a good while. I’ll be ordering from San Marino pizza from now on.
Beyond annoyed. Have had really bad service with Willy’s lately. There have been a few wrong orders delivered. Once got a plain cheese pizza instead of a Hawaiian one, which they came to the door knowing it was wrong and offered to go back and get the correct one, but by that time we just wanted to eat. This evening we got both drinks in the wrong size and my drink was a diet Pepsi which neither of us drinks. Plus, both dipping sauces for wings and pizza were missing. I left a negative review on google shortly afterwards, which now seems to be deleted, and why I’m now leaving one here now. I wouldn’t have even looked again at the review if I hadn’t been woken up by the doorbell ringing multiple times at 10:30pm with what looked like drinks in the drivers hand. I certainly won’t be ordering from here again. Only ordered from here due to a wings/pizza special, which I can just get else where.
2 worest meals ever.. One night I order a club sandwich platter just over an hour on superbowl sunday ordered at 5 got it @ about 6:15 but when I got it the delivery guy said to me I was on my way home so I delivered it. And it was cold. 2nd time Today decided that it should be better case that day was Superbowl Sunday. But still was not good I order nachos pizza and wings nachos were good but got ranch instead of sour cream and no salsa on the side ether pizza was half cooked and I didn’t know I had to cook it too.If you ask for suicide try somewhere else cause suicide there is just mild to hot and completely dried out chicken wings. And very greasy pizza as you can see.
BEST PIZZA, GOOD SPECIALS,FRIENDLY STAFF. If I wasn’t coming here for their amazing pizza, I would come back for the customer service. Friendliest staff in Ottawa.

Best pizza in Barrhaven. Very friendly and proffesional staff , and a very tasty pizza with lots of toppings and cheese , i order from them frequently and always on time , i dont know what the other reviewer was aiming for with his bad review about racisim and cleanliness, looks like a hater , they are very pleasant nd the store is an open concept and you can see the way they make your food A five star pizzaaaaa 🙂
