I ordered here for the first time last night and the food was amazing! Some of the best I’ve had in Ottawa, the portions are big and very tasty. The service was super quick (I think the food came in 20mins) and also very friendly. I highly recommend ordering from winners.
Their chicken fried rice is the best i ever had in Ottawa. And i recently tried their mapo tofu (steamed todu with meat, spices and shrimp) it was out of this world good! Service is great, friendly owner, he genuinely pays attention to customers and delivery is fast. Worth the price.
