My husband and I decided to try this place in our anniversary. We still felling severely ill 44 hours after meal. We ended up at the hospital and diagnosed with food poisoning contracted a bacterium generated by lack of hygiene. I called the manager and he was unprofessional and didnt care, I feel sad for the owners, they probably dont have any idea about what is happening!Very average place, for the prices, nothing special at all! Expensive, no great taste, slow and poor costumer service. I recommend find better places in Ottawa! We are NOT going back again!!!
Excellent customer service. The wide range of specialty topping was a definite plus. The burgers are quite generous. The only problem was that the meat itself was dry. Over cooked with no juiciness dry. The only thing that saved it was the toppings which more than compensated for the dry meat. Even the fries were good. This place is more 3 1/2 stars, but not a 4 so I had to go low because of the dry meat.
