BUGS GALORE! It was so gross how many bugs are in this location, our window was covered in dead bugs plus there were 4+ flies buzzing around our table constantly. Disappointed with this location’s food as well… a bit blah. Not much to choose from in Alliston though… so can’t be too picky!
All around terrible experience every time I go in here thinking ‘maybe this time will be better’. Nope. Food is cold and either over or under cooked. The bread that I always look forward to at other East Side Mario locations is chewy and stale. Service is just awful and I’ve had to return dishes because of them bringing out the incorrect dish. You’re always waiting for refills or whatever it is you need. This place has either got to go or needs a change in management because I do enjoy East Side Mario’s, just not this location.
