We always get takeout from here and it’s always good. Large portions and a huge selection of menu options. Haven’t actually done for sit-down but we’ve always enjoyed the food at home.
What else can I say about this place other then, wow! If I could rate this place any higher I would! The tom yum soup is out of this world. I have tried a few in other restaurants and nothing even comes close to this! The menu is full of choices (seriously never saw so much choices) and everything looks amazing. The prices are also very fair!What are you waiting for? Go now!

It’s all about the flavour!. Just eating left overs from yesterday’s dinner. Omg it’s awesome. We ordered 5 different dishes all were excellent, nice heat and flavour. Prices are reasonable, service was good…you gotta try it for yourself!!!
Great food, but poor Business Practice. I really like the food here – it’s delicious and the service is great! I have heard though from a reliable source that the owners decided to pay the servers a couple bucks more instead of letting them keep their gratuities. So now the gratuity you leave is going to the owner and not the person serving you. That is just ridiculous – the $2 more an hour is a lot less than what the server would make in tips per hour. If I eat there again, I will definitely not be tipping.
I dined here with my wife and her mother last week. We decided to come here because of the good reviews but I was disappointed. We ordered a couple appetizers, pad thai, other noodles, rice and chicken. The appetizers were small and unappetizing, even the pork spring rolls weren’t that good. The food was bland and flavourless. It wasn’t horrible but it also wasn’t worth spending money on. It is good for the elderly who cannot take much spice in their diets, for the rest of us it completely misses the mark. I expected much more out of this restaurant considering the other asian restaurants I have been to in this area have been very good. I normally don’t write reviews but felt compelled since I followed the advice on here.
Went to Spring Basil when I was attending a conference at the Nottawasaga Inn. Food was great – tasty, huge portion, and very affordable price. The staff were very friendly and provided a welcoming environment for diners. Highly recommended.
