I love this place. They have a terrific lunch special menu. Inexpensive, lots of food, great quality, and delicious. We often come for take out. It’s fairly tiny inside. It’s located off of Yonge street in a plaza with plenty of free parking. It’s a tiny, comfortable restaurant. Its been there the 14 years I have been working in the area. It’s one of our go to places for work. If you are eating in, the food comes quickly and tastes soo good. I have only every eaten there at lunch times so that’s what I’m talking about. The lunch specials are 8.50 and are made up of either 2 spring rolls or soup and a main. I have never had the soup, I love the spring rolls and their dipping sauce. My favourites are the basil beef, green curry chicken, cashew chicken (change to beef for a dollar), and the pad Thai. The food comes out pretty quick. It’s possible to take a half an hour lunch break and still manage to eat here. I’m not sure what kind of voodoo they are doing in the kitchen because the taste and quality of the food is most definitely not affected by the speed. Win! Also you get a satisfyingly large portion. If you eat smaller portions, you would get two meals guaranteed. Nice.It is worth the visit. Honestly some of the best Thai food I’ve had. whatlynnate.wordpress.com
Horrible customer service and poor quality food. We will not EVER order food from here again. Twice now they didn’t get our orderright by not sending certain items and this time we called to ask for a credit and they refused! We paid for food, didn’t receive it and then they even hung up on us! To make matters worse the food was super bland. Pad Thai was dry, and the mango salad was rock hard. The mangos weren’t even close to being ripe. It was a major disappointment and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Best thai food in Newmarket. This is our go to Thai restaurant. The food is much better than other pricey Thai restaurants we have been to, and half the price. Service is prompt and staff are warm and friendly. Very well priced and tasty food, and cozy setting. Highly recommend it!
Great Restaurant!. It really is one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to! Price is on the higher side but the quantity and quality of food makes it so worth it! It’s a small-ish restaurant so if you’re going to sit down and eat, make sure you call ahead of time to make a reservation! Give it a go if you haven’t checked it out yet!
Great quality. Best Thai food around! The basil squid mango salad and cashew chicken are just a few of my faves! Can’t get enough
Used to be my favorite place to get Thai, but recently they have cut their portion size in half while still asking the same price. also their iconic delicious spring rolls have been replaced with cheap noodle filled things. how disapointing.
Delicious! Best cashew nut chicken I’ve ever had. Careful of the chillis though! Lunch special is very affordable and fast, comes with a tasty spring roll. Yum!
