By far the best beef dip sandwiches I have ever had. Juicy even without the au juice. Plenty of beef fried onions were amazing. Very reasonably priced as well. Can’t wait to go back.
Attended my first scotch nosing at the Crows Nest last night. An excellent evening indeed. Great camaraderie, amenable and knowledgeable host. The meal was succulent. Money well spent. Have been going here for Sunday brunch for years. A great friendly place. You must try it!!
The Crow’s Nest is a nice local pub located in a quiet part of Newmarket. We’ve been here a few times over the years. The decor is cozy, and the service has always been good. This evening we were there with a friend. SWMBO chose the Fish (Haddock) and Chips. She said the fish seemed a little bit small, and the batter a bit too thick, but it tasted fine. I had the Chicken Curry; toned down for Canadian tastes, but tasty just the same. We also ordered one Butter Tart, which was a bit small.
