Our meal at AG was a highlight of our Niagara Falls trip.We booked a package at the hotel (the Sterling Inn and Spa) that included a three-course dinner at the restaurant. Our server was Kellie, who was really friendly and also very helpful. The food was absolutely incredible. We tried so many different things, each better than the last.Dinner started with a free cocktail reception, which included a sparkling wine cocktail and some light appetizers. The appetizers were jalapeo olives and a spicy pretzel granola. Next, we were provided with a complimentary amuse bouche, which was a taste of a strawberry and cucumber gazpacho. Delicious. Then, they brought us several different types of homemade bread with butter. After all that, it was time for us to actually order our 3-course dinner. For our appetizers, we ordered an asparagus tartelette and a charcuterie board. Both were a 10/10.We shared two entrees: beef medallions over a pesto risotto, and venison over a cauliflower and pea curry with a savory bread pudding on the side. Again, 10/10. My husband said the curry was his favorite of all the different foods we had during our meal.We were too full for dessert, so we ordered it to take with us up to our room to eat later. We had a deconstructed strawberry shortcake and a dessert that was similar to baclava, with lots of filo dough layers, a cheesecake filling, and raspberry. No surprise…both were a 10/10.In addition to our yummy lemon sparkling wine cocktails, my husband also had a cocktail and a beer that were both very good. The meal was included in our hotel package (except the extra drinks), but we did see on the bill how much everything would have cost, and it was incredibly reasonably priced!I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to have a great (grownup) dinner in Niagara Falls.

My friend and I went to AG over the labour day weekend. We typically go to the Watermark at the Hilton, but we wanted to try something new.Everything we ordered was truly unreliable. My friend has done a lot of traveling, eating in several high end restaurants around the world, and we all agreed that this was one of the most amazing meals we have ever experienced. Every meal was presented beautifully and tasted just as amazing as they looked. All the wine is Canadian, adding to the farm to table theme which is a nice touch. Our waiter made our experience that much more amazing. Given that I am lactose intolerant, he was so accommodating, ensuring that my meal was made to order and informing me on who’s meals I was allowed to try at the table. AG was truly a unique dinning experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful evening of great wine, food, and company.

We come to AG Cuisine a couple of times a year. The food is delicious and the service is always excellent and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and intimate and there has often been musical accompaniment – all of which add to a lovely evening. The Sterling Silver beef tenderloin is always beautifully prepared and I highly recommend the artisanal cheese plate. Wine pairings by the staff always complement the meal while introducing us to new local wines. We always look forward to our evenings here! munchingqueen.wordpress.com

Exceeded expectations. Stayed at Sterling on business. AG was excellent. Sat at the bar as I was solo. service excellent. wait staff helpful with wine and menu choices. salmon app super. Scallops and short ribs main was even better. highly recommended. Given the affordability of the hotel and the meal this is a bargain in Niagara Falls.

Delicious!. My boyfriend took me here on our first date three years ago. I wasn’t sure about him, or the red decor. I have to tell you, the service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and I enjoyed every minute of it. If you’re in Niagara and you get the chance to eat there, go! The food was fresh and exquisite. The drinks were excellent. The service was perfect. We come back at least once a year. This restaurant is a gem.

Beautiful Place. This place was so pretty ^^Food was DELICIOUS! My boyfriend had a salmon dish and it was so soft and perfectly cooked. I had an AG dish (It was named AG something) and although the portion was a bit small, the combination of the different foods that made my main dish was amazing :DThe waitresses explained what each meal was and seemed very professional which we thought was different and fun. However, the service was pretty slow, but an overall great experience for our bellies~: ) I’d recommend this place for young couples
