We went on boxing day, and it was absolutely packed, which to me isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I like the idea of a lot of people having the money to afford AYCE buffets. It was definitely more civil than I thought it would be, seeing crowds of hungry people with plates in hand all trying to get some food before they head over to see the falls or the casino. But according to one of the service staff, this is business as usual on weekends and holidays. It’s breakfast buffet, and there wasn’t much in terms of variety. Lots of bacon, sausages, pancakes, french toast, and hashbrowns, but not much in terms of fruits or vegetables. I guess people don’t eat those for breakfast, or my standards for breakfast is too high.I enjoyed the hashbrowns, but everything else was either too salty or too sweet. Bacon felt too over-cooked, or maybe that’s just how it comes.Whereas the buffet itself is $5.99, they charge $2.99 for bottled water, $3.99 for a small glass of minute maid juice (from fountain machines), citing the fact that they’re charging so low for the food. You might as well treat yourself to one of their $5 alcoholic drinks they advertise on the menu.$5.99 buffet appears to be the standard in the area though, so I’m not sure how it compares to the other places. thatumbrellaguy.com
By far one of the worst places I’ve ever eaten. Went for the breakfast buffet it was horrible. I ended up spitting out my very first bite after realizing that the sausage wasn’t fully cooked. I decided to try the hash browns then and they were literally cold. The bacon was all stuck together and gross. The presentation of the buffet was also horrible. There was food that had fallen out of the trays and it looked disgusting. I told the waitress that I wasn’t going to eat and to remove it from my bill. I can’t believe there is a lineup for this place. Avoid it at all costs!! Because it’s so busy, the service is horrible. We learned our lesson, this is the second breakfast buffet we went to in Niagara Falls and they were both terrible. Spend a few extra bucks for a real breakfast, don’t let their low price fool you. There’s a Dairy Queen across the street where you can get a burger, fries, pop and sundae for the same price.
There should be negative stars…4 bucks for a water???? Poor selection and terrible quality…I never in a million years thought I would dislike bacon but congrats you guys somehow made terrible bacon…poor service to boot
Went for dinner– worst dinner buffet ever- price of 16.99 such a limited menu- very basic. hamburgers- soggy hot dogs, buns were stale. Daughter had some soup- and a piece of stale bread- like literally bang it on the side of the table stale- and we got there right at 3:15 when the dinner menu opens.. so they knowingly put it out. Icecream was freezer burnt – jesus.. the waitress didn’t clear our plates, after saying sorry no water–unless you buy a bottle– like serious? What kind of restaurant is that messes up. So My friend sons was choking on the bad food- struggling to keep it down– so my friend had to track down a waitress to order their 3 dollar bottle of water and then it never came- We were basically invisible. They have no desire to make the place decent- they prey on the fact they are in a tourist town– and don’t give a care about return customers. Worst restaurant and Service I have had in the longest time.
We had breakfast and dinner there. There are no drinks included in all you can eat service. Food was ok, ribs and pizza were very tasteful. Nothing special but ok.
Terrifying place ever been for a buffet . BBQ chicken mix with pork and the server are saying its chicken . I got the Pork Rib in chicken .Server has no manner to talk .When try to take the picture the manager take all the Mix and saying it was a mistake .
NEVER AGAIN! Food was bland and the $6.99 buffet breakfast magnet is the typical Niagara Falls get-you-in-the-door scam. 6.99 +3.99 apple juice and 2.99 coffee =$13.97 + tax=$15.79. Apple juice was so watered down and if we wanted a refill it was another $3.99. I like water with my meal so I asked for a glass. They DON’T serve water! You have to spend more money on THEIR brand of water. Our server (as well as others) must have forgotten we were there (even though we we right beside the greeters station) because we didn’t even get a coffee refill until we were neatly done. No tip left. I’ll never go back and will never recommend this place. Macdonalds or Tim Hortons is a much better bang for your buck. I give it a rating of 2 out or 10 on principal.
