We were recommended this restaurant for the pizza by a lady at our hotel front desk.Atmosphere was nice. Waiter was polite and courteous. We ordered our pizza’s and waited for our meal. The cook put them in the oven and when finished, plates them and they sat on the counter for 5 minutes before being brought to the back.We asked the waiter why the pizzas came from the back and he said they required inspection by the chef.Needless to say the pizzas were no longer hot to the touch. I continued to eat my cold pizza but husband couldn’t. The waiter offered to remake the pizza and husband denied. Both pizzas were remade and they offered for us to take them home if we didn’t want to eat there. Also the cost of the meal was absorbed by them. This disappointing experience turned fantastic by our waiter’s sincerity and action to make us happy.Bravo!
Great restaurant, even better beer menu tons and tons of options. The pizza wasn’t the best I’ve had, honestly tasted too Grainy had a weird texture too it. The pasta was great though. I would definitely return.
I have been here several times now. Great beer menu. The food is great, at least what I’ve had but people I’ve been with weren’t impressed with the pizzas. I’ve never had them yet. Little pricey on some items but it’s a nice place to check out. A lot of options!
Amazing food and atmosphere!. Went here with my hubby for a romantic valentine’s day dinner back in 2013…still remember the amazing service, delicious food, and the ambience. We are returning to the Niagara region for valentine’s day this year, and we will be dining here again. The only unfortunate thing about going to Bravo is that I won’t be able to choose between trying something new or having the lasagne again!
Good pizzas and good price. We stopped for lunch and had two lunch menus of wooden oven pizza and home salad/soup for $12. Both salad and soup were very good, as well as the pizzas which were actually too big for me and my mom (the size of a regular plate). If you’re not too hungry one for two is enough. The third dish was a traditional Americana pizza which was also big for one person and very good.I definitely recommend.
Wonderful niagara gem. Came here with a group of people for a conference. Wonderful staff and service. Quality of food was great and the ambiance was lovely. Would definitely come back!
UTTER GARBAGE avoid at all cost. Had been to this place twice last year. Not sure what the hell happened but total wast e of 90 dollars. Arancini bland and pasty, dishes showed up looking old and had been sitting. I make better Osso Bucco at home. Sauce from a can not old school like it use to be. Egg plant parmesan portion was 1/4 the size of the dry pasta it was served with, yes it was like pasta was shaken off. To top it off the cook and another employee were dropping f-bombs out loud with kids in the restaurant. Totally lacking in class. Never returning. Will recommend avoiding.
