The place looks good from outside, it was pleasant inside. A group of women and kids occupied the table next to us. The service was very commendable. The Verde quesadilla and veggie burrito were extremely satisfying. The quantity, taste, temperature, serving all were great.
This place is diamond in the rough amongst awful food chains. I thought it was super delicious. I ordered the quesadilla, the flavour was bright and enjoyable. I would come back again.
The only positive thing to say about Cabo is that on the off chance they make a drink correct, it’s a pretty good margarita. And when you question whether or not your drink is made correctly, don’t expect it to be remade without you paying for a new, slightly less wrong drink.The service is beyond terrible; for working in the busiest area of Niagara, you would think they’d train their staff a bit better. You could be the only table in the place and your server would never know you exist. Don’t ask for mods on your meals, either they won’t do them or they make a huge fuss. Over priced and not worth it. I’ve attempted to enjoy myself here on more than a few occasions. Save your money and Mexican cravings for anywhere else.
This place has the worst service I’ve ever experienced in the city. We had to wait ONE FULL HOUR… for tacos and the place wasn’t even that busy. Also people that were seated after us, got their food before us. Completely unacceptable, we really should have left. Any decent place would have offered us a free app or dessert but this place is not decent. Overall the place seemed disorganized (managerial problems.) The food was okay but definitely not worth the hour wait. On top of all that, the place has the nerve to automatically add on an 18% tip which we refused to pay. Don’t walk, run away from this place.
Slow almost left, wife said to wait, lost our order, it was bad, drinks were ok food was good when it came poor girl who waited on us was flustered
