Take Out. Great food but can’t seem to get take out orders right. Two times in a row, wrong order.
Very good. You get what you pay for. High quality food. Lively resturant atmosphere. Always on time, always pleasant servers and delivery drivers.
In regards to Lsax13 review- the delivery service for Casa dpizza has no direct correlation to Casa or the owner. That delivery company is a seperate business. It was not hired by the owner or anyone from Casa. It’s very unfortunate what happened to you and I hope you got your money back.
We have always enjoyed the food at this establishment. They have the closest pizza and wings to Buffalo pizza and wings that you can get! However, we decided to order pizza and wings for delivery. We were told that they only accepted cash for delivery orders which was no big deal at all. We had cash. Our order was a total of $25. We only had twenties and gave the delivery person $40 and asked for $10 back, giving him a $5 tip which we felt was more than fair. The delivery person told us he did not have any change and could not break a twenty. My husband and I both checked our wallets to see if we had any change, etc but we didn’t. We asked if he could come back with change. He refused. We were left with no choice but to pay $40 for a $25 order. What a scam! I called and complained as was told my message would be passed along to the owner/manager. I never heard back. For all we know, it was the owner who delivered our order. I am absolutely disgusted and although I have enjoyed their great food and friendly service for years, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I have not and will not support this business again. There are lots of other great pizza and wing places in Niagara. Delivery customers beware!
