After reading all the reviews, I thought I was going to have a good experience at Casa Mia, boy was I wrong. I booked my table in advance for New Years so I knew the buffet pricing. The restaurant was attractive, upscale and the music was excellent. The service was horrible. My husband was given the menu when we first sat down. So he decided to ask if you could order from the menu instead of having the buffet. The mature waitress with brown hair grabbed the menu from him and replied. Buffet only. The buffet is 74 dollars do you have a problem with that? She removed his knife and fork and we had to ask for a replacement. She never asked us if we would like coffee at the end of our meal or if we need anything else throughout the meal. She just walked up to us while we were eating and asked if we were ready for the bill. In the end what makes a restaurant is how you are treated.
Anniversary Celebration. We reserved the wine library at Casa Mia for an anniversary celebration last night. There were 10 of us and it was the perfect setting. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Scott definitely went above and beyond for us. We really appreciate all the effort that was put in to making the evening a success.
