Went here for breakfast with my gf. Very nice place – looks quaint when you enter but it’s quite large inside with a few different rooms. Went around 11:30 and waited less than 10 to get seated and it was quite busy.Our waitress was good except for being on the coffee. I like having it filled all the way through the meal but she was slow at that. I had the veggie omelette with home fries and also got sliced tomatoes on the side. I find it weird that the choice of the side is potatoes or tomatoes. Then it was like a dollar extra to get the tomatoes and I had about 4 slices. Just odd to me. But I had a choice of English muffin instead of toast, so that was nice. The omelette eggs were good but all of the veggies were hard which wasn’t great. Would have been nice for them to be softened a bit first but I understand it’s a busy kitchen.My gf had the panhandler. Huge breakfast, easy more than she could have. The pancakes are gigantic. With that you get bacon and sausage and eggs. Good meal if you’re starving haha. Nice place overall – worth a go.
This is one of our favourite breakfast places anywhere and we visit whenever we are in town.It’s located in a small hotel on Lundys Lane – look for the chicken sign. It’s also decorated throughout with chickens – my daughter counted over a hundred in the dining room.It’s a small, homey breakfast joint, with a cottagey feel and at its heart it’s a diner style place, at least at breakfast. Good eggs and omelettes, big pancakes, friendly servers and quick service. Never had a bad breakfast here and I’ve probably been here a dozen times.Cost wise its a little more expensive than your average diner, but consistent with the going rate in a tourist town – about $80 tip in for 5. Still feels like good value given the consistent friendly service. Check it out.
Good’ Ol homestyle cooking away from the tour zone with less sticker shock. Friendly service.We ordered the chicken and ribs with a side of beans & weiners) and a caesar salad. I went for the beans cuz I haven’t had them for some time. Other dishes included the perogy appetizer smothered in fried onions and sour cream (8 perogies in appy!? – its a meal…) and a hot dog with a garden salad. (Yep, offsetting the dog with something a wee bit more nutritious)Highly recommended over the tour-zone food.
Best value in breakfast. After eating this breakfast, I felt my life was now complete. When I look back on my life from my deathbed, there will be two distinct periods. My life before this breakfast, and my life after. Keri needs a raise. She was a saint.
THE place for breaky in The Falls!. The Falls Manor should be the staple in anyones breakfast diet, while residing in The Falls. Their home fries make my wife’s mouth water with anticipation. Their poached eggs are cooked to order, with perfection. The bacon is crispy, sausage is juicy, and the hungarian sausage will make you remember. The coffee is promptly filled, complimentarily. Order a side of hollandaise sauce for a dip with the potates. You will not be disappointed! The price is on spot. The breakfast is perfection.The service is prompt, friendly and attentive.If you don’t agree, I’ll gladly finish your leftovers!Go!
Fun spot, great food and good value. Needs a little more heat in the winter but overall a winning spot.
Amazing!. This has been one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. great food, great portions, fantastic service and affordable pricing 🙂 this will definitely be our Niagara breakfast place for visits too come.
