Customer service. The customer service at the Niagara Falls location has taken a huge turn for the worse. They now have a young woman answering the phone and taking orders that is so incompetent it is actually making it near impossible to place an order and when you finally manage to do so she screws it up and you get half of what you wanted if you’re lucky. On top of that if you order delivery give yourself at least an hour and a half to get your meal. Such a shame used to be one of our favourites on a lazy night when we just did not feel like cooking!!!

I just want to say ‘I love Lisa and she and only she….makes the best steak delux..easy on the onions and half the meat sub out there. Lisa your the best and your friendly attitude and yummy subs keep us coming back. You could run that place with your eyes closed. Cu soon.
Delicious food! Will definitely be going back. I recommend the deluxe steak, so good.
