  Friendly Staff. We came in for the breakfast buffet. My wife has a food allergy and the staff went out of their way to accommodate her. Also watched other staff help people sort out their various voucher issues all the time in a pleasant manner.

  Very pleased – great food, excellent service. We had our first breakfast in Niagara Falls at IHOP – we paid 50$ for two mediocre dishes with sub-par service, and were pretty disappointed. The next day we went to the Golden Griddle and were served by two absolutely lovely ladies (I didn’t get their names, but they seemed to own the place). The service was pleasant and quick, and the food was great (didn’t touch the buffet, but ordered right off the menu). We paid under 25$ for BOTH meals. We returned the next day with a group of 8, and had the exact same great service and food. I highly recommend this place for a nice family feel to it.

  Wait service is horrible. During the meal at a table beside us two customers asked a employee for a refill of coffee. She rudely said no and to wait for the waitress and didnt even tell the waitress about the order. When we finally went to pay it took us 15 minutes of waiting by the cashier and 3 diferent employees to finaly get us wrong through. For a little compensation we got 50 cents off one of our drinks

  Clean, friendly service and the food was good, at a very reasonable price. Definately kid friendly.
