Well, for starters, you’re in Niagara Falls, so being a tourist area near the Casinos means it’s not going to be cheap. That said, my kids loved it here (my oldest has been here several times in the past), so you pay a premium for their enjoyment.As a chain, there is a bar they have to meet, and this place does meet it. It’s not as over the top as the Vegas outlet but it’s still pretty fun.The location is convenient to both Clifton Hill or the Casinos, another plus. Service can be hit and miss, although it was excellent on Saturday despite a number of large groups.The food is also pretty good – everyone enjoyed their meal; I will say the Volcano Nachos here take a back seat to the Vegas location but they are still not bad.It’s on the expensive side ($200 for 5 including tip and a very limited bar bill), but that’s the Falls for you. I’ll be back on the next visit. One last thing – they do charge the municipal tourist levy here – ask them to remove it from your bill – you are not obligated to pay it.
Worst service on planet earth. Please avoid this trap. Waited for a half hour for someone to ask us our drink order. We then waited another half hour before we decided to walk out. Wasn’t busy at all, so that is no excuse. Environment was lame as well. Choose an old burger thats been left on the street rather than eat here. Get drinks from a puddle rather than get drinks here.
Margaritaville Niagara Falls. We had the worst experience last night at Margaritaville in Niagara Falls. It took 20minutes for a server to even acknowledge our table. Not to mention the menu was atrocious… Once the waitress did take our order, we waited another 20minutes for our drinks, that still never arrived. At this point we decided to get up and leave. No restaurant like that deserves our business. Good luck keeping a customer base.
Don’t bother…. Everything about this place sucks besides Yasmeen the Director of Operations. The margaritas are soo sour and bad. I make way better… The food was just crap… The service beside Yasmeen was so bad that I got up and left. I never in my life got up and left a restaurant. Yasmeen talked to us and fix things. Everything else was so bad. What a BIG let down! How can u have a restaurant named margaritaville and serve one the worse margaritas I’ve ever had? Also the service is a joke!!!! I won’t say don’t go cause you may like it but go in with a grain of salt… Good luck.
Blah. Slow service and bad food…drinks are good at least. Save your money, go somewhere else.
The people in the bar can entertain. So we decide to stop by Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville for some, yes you could guest Margaritas, and you would be right. The table was coated in some sticky substance that I could not guest what it was. We were greeted by a very peppy waitress who suggested this drink called Havana Banana but they were out of Pina Colada mix so I had a manly Pomegranate Margarita. It wasn’t bad there was anywhere from 2-4 oz of Alcohol and we did the touristy thing of buying the 24 oz glass.The entertainment came in the form of some frat boys urging on their bud to sing karaoke. They also had entertaining comments for the scantly ladies that entered this bar/restaurant. If your in for an entertainment scope out the bar and make sure you have a loud group of guys or big table that likes to be the centre of attention. I would suggest the drinks and not the food. The food is generic and really if your restaurant is named after a drink do you think the food is that good.
Service was poor, food was below par, once we got it , very dirty on patio. Will never go back!
