EXTREMELY RUDE!!!The food quality was mediocre and the service was the worst I have ever experienced in canada. We were told to leave and they forced us to pay gratuity though their waiter was pure garbage.Got Terrible food poisoning, and made a formal complaint to Health Services.There is a reason their restaurant is always empty, please do yourself a favour and save yourself from a similar terrible experience. They are jus there to grab your money and could not care less about your experience. Let’s boycott this place so it goes bankrupt and that way hopefully the employees will learn how to treat customers.
Dropped in for dinner after visiting the falls, ordered for the chicken karahi, mutton rogan gosh, paneer tikka masala, some naan, tandoori rotis and jeera rice. Food was ok, the chef has changed recently. The service was good. The ambience was nice.
So I have been to four indian restaurants in Niagara Falls in the last month and this by far is the best in terms of over all experience. From their service to their food this place was incredible. The ambience was incredible. Thank you to our lovely server Priscilla who guided us to a fabulous experience
