I am absolutely appalled by Napoli’s owner and customer service, a group of 15 girls dined at this restaurant. We ordered a Bruschetta that tasted really bad so we let our server know who kindly took it back, only to charge us for it later on! The owner comes up to us after we have all paid and is holding a steak knife near my friends face who felt very threatened as he was lashing out, and arguing about how he will not take the bruschetta off the bill since nothing was wrong with it to began with and it is not his problem we didn’t like it. We kindly asked him if he thinks it is worth displeasing 15 customer’s over an $8 dish and he raised his voice and said yes. We asked him to put the knife down but he refused and started making remarks about us not speaking in a different language around him. I have never experienced something so unprofessional and frightening before, that too at a fine dining place such as Napoli!
