Terrible customer service.. Have dined at this restaurant a few times since it has opened. It was initially very well priced and decent service. Every time we go back the service seems to become worse. We asked our server for no onions three times before we ordered (even wrote it on our order sheet). Not only was there massive amounts of onions, our server just gave us a blank stare and didn’t offer help to remove it or redo the order. We were also charged for a more expensive dish than what we ordered. If you don’t mind driving a little further for pho i would suggest it for better service and price.
Our family usually eats here once every two weeks. I had an unfortunate experience tonight of being half way done my soup and finding small pieces of plastic in it. When it was brought to the servers attention she wasn’t apologetic and never came back to tell me where the plastic came from. When going to pay I was told I would be given a 10% discount on the soup which I was not going to finish half of after my discovery. She also basically accused me of putting the plastic in myself as the cooks didn’t know what it came from. I’m disgusted and will not be going back again.
