Thought we’d try it out since we were in the area sightseeing. We went on a Sunday at lunch so needless to say it was pretty empty. It was also off to the side away from the main strip so foot traffic for the restaurant is next to none. The place was clean but the decor of the booth seating was definitely outdated and very cheap – it almost felt like I was sitting in a dirty motel with the leopard print velour and plastic seats. The decor was unique with various movie paraphernalia items, some were cool and some were not. The service was good and the food and drinks were great. But keep in mind, the cost was high compared to other restaurants serving the same food. We prob won’t be back unless we have family from out of town visiting and really want to go.
This was awful. Ran out of kids pizzas. Cold steak delivered to the table. Appetizer was still partially frozen. They actually microwaved it for us and returned it to the table. Decor hasnt been updated since it opened. Overall a horrible ezperience.
First and probably last visit. I wanted to preface this with the comment that my title does not mean that I did not enjoy it. On the contrary, we enjoyed both our food and the ambiance of the establishment. It has been several years that we have been going to Niagara Falls, and we have eaten at a lot of restaurants so I have always wanted to go here. I was able to find a BOGO certificate for up to $20 which is the ONLY reason we ended up going on this particular occasion as it has always been my impression that the food is quite expensive. At $15 a meal, I would have to agree that you are definitely paying more for the name than the food itself. I had the southwest wrap which was good, but not worth the price paid for it. Even with a coupon it was over $40 for two entrees and a couple of drinks so unless it was some sort of special occasion I probably wouldnt return. The food is not that over-the-top that they should be able to get away with the prices they charge.
Service was extremely slow! Restaurant was less than half full, not a good sign for lunch on a holiday weekend. Very dated feel and a very musty odour in the entrance at the bottom of the stairs. Would never go back.
Save your money for the excursions! The food is bland, mediocre and definitely not worth the price.
Well, it’s not known for its food.. This place is a cool place to go to if you’re a celebrity enthusiast or if you want to go eat somewhere unique. The food here isn’t great, it’s mediocre. I had the alfredo pasta dish and it wasn’t that great. The inside and outside of the restaurant are they main hype and the main reason you come (and, of course, because you might see some celebrities). Outside the restaurant, there are many handprints of various celebrities that have visited that particular location (included in this one are Will Smith’s handprints) and inside there’s various celeb and movie memorabilia including a life-size Arnold in his Terminator costume. This might be a fun place to take the kids or to take visiting relatives if they’re interested in this type of thing. By all means though, don’t come here expecting a fantastic meal; expect mediocre and filling.I recommend this as a one-time thing to see something neat and have a unique experience but not as a must-do.
