Good food, friendly staff and fair prices. I come here at least 2x a month for years and have never left unhappy except when there is an out of control screaming kid in the room. Fortunately that doesn’t happen often. Note to parents: take your misbehaving kids to Chucky Cheese and leave this place to the adults.
Depressing.. I am a local resident, who eats out regularly. Went here for a late breakfast around noon. Our first time. The restaurant is one open room with decor and finishes that remind me of 1981. Very run down. There were 5 people ahead of our group of 5, which forced us to wait in an unheated hallway. We were seated in about 10 minutes to a table that was barely big enough for us. The room is shaped in a triangle which forces the seating to be quite unusual. I had a 6 year old kid back to back with me, fun. I immediately noticed how cold it was in the restaurant. We were served by a waitress who was doing the best she could. 4 orders of breakfast and I ordered what was billed as ‘the best hamburger in Niagara Falls’. Our food arrived so promptly that it could not have been made fresh. The meat of the Breakfast was cold and so were the scrambled eggs. My hamburger was the most boring, plain burger I have ever had. Honestly would say it is the 2nd worst burger in Niagara Falls (next to The Flying Saucer). After 15 mins of eating, I asked everyone in our group if there feet felt cold. Mine were numb and we all concurred. We were seated as far from the front door as you could get. I later discovered the vents in the drop tile ceiling were pushing out cold air. There were a few small mistakes made by our server that would easily have been overlooked if the food and restaurant would have been better, but instead it was just agitating. The experience was a very big let down. I would not recommend to anyone. I will never return. The best part was getting in the car and cranking the heat up when we left.

This is the place where the locals eat, which should tell you something. When we drive to the Niagara wineries for a long weekend, we drive out of town and away from the ridiculous prices there, and we eat at least two or three meals at Queen’s Coach. The food is always good, the portions are large, and the prices are a good value. The staff is also friendly, and make us feel welcome. This is our first choice in the Niagara area.
Not good…. My family and I go there because my grandma initiates it. The food isn’t that great. One time I asked for mashed potatoes what I got was instant mashed potatoes. It was inedible and very poor class. The decor is really depressing and from the last century. My family had nothing positive to say about their food…
A bit out of the way, but worth it. Great value and fast service. Servers are all efficient but ask for Lisa she’s great!
Fantastic restaurant, food is delicious, served quick, huge portions and great value!
