We waited a full hour before our food arrived. The food was also cold and had clearly sat for a while since the bun of my sandwhich had absorbed all the sauce. The kids food was cold though they reluctantly ate it. The serving staff were pleasant and helpful however but could not explain what the hold up was. The manager was also very friendly and apologetic about the disappointing experience. Despite their efforts though the fact is we waited an extremely long time with young children only to be served food no one enjoyed. I hope this was a one off but to anyone considering going just keep this instance in mind. Also to parents please note that drinks and dessert are separate charges and not included in the kids entree cost.

Turned what should of been an enjoyable evening with our kids and grandparents into a forgettable experience.The food was just mediocre at best and sure does not come close to the price paid, waited for over an hour after placing our order and even in Niagara Falls this is pretty outrageous!Have been to a couple of other Rainforest Cafes and this one does not even compare, waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible food And overpriced!!! You come only because your kids want to see the animals!!! The service is fine and friendly, not their fault that they’re peddling awful food in a whimsical setting. The aquarium is cute.
This place is nothing but a tourist trap. My husband and I went with my friend and her children and were appalled at the subpar food and high prices. I’m pretty sure the icky veggie burger made me sick. We will never go back
Great place for families – kids love the rainforest theme complete with thunderstorms every 30 minutes. You would not choose this place on the food alone as it’s fairly average – wide variety on the menu but not the best you’ll ever eat!
Awesome ambience.. food is over priced.. I loved their interior, rain forest theme.. its a must go place in niagara not for the food, for the environment n decor of the restaurant..
