When we got there we went straight in. The place wasn’t packed. After sitting there for 10 minutes and no one came over to take our order but there was plenty of waitresses we left. Hostess didn’t even say anything when we got up and left
Food here was way over priced for what we got, plus a NIAGARA TAX? Also don’t sit by the window you will freeze.
Can’t say anything about the food-couldn’t get in! No, it wasn’t that busy, we have a son on a wheelchair. Clifton hill isn’t the only steep climb in Niagara Falls but at least it isn’t stairs (a lot)!!! As tempting as the menu seemed, we will not support a venue that discriminates against disabled. Everyone has the right to go out and enjoy a night out!!!!
Gross food with bad service….. my burger had freezer burn and my waitress got my order wrong and then shrugged it off
Waiter was helpful, ordered appetizers cause he said that would come out faster which it did but was but was cold. Ate it away as we were all hungry. Waiter apologized but didn’t reduce the bill at all. So what good was the apology?
Everything perfect staff very friendly food was really good. The prices were way over priced for what you get except for the open salad bar that was very good and can eat as much as you want. Nice patio over looking the street.
Food was ok. Nothing special. Service was awful. 45 minutes for a hamburger and a steak. The place was 3/4 empty so there was no excuse. The steak was tough and not cooked to our request. The veggies were cold.
