Cold food on a hot plate. Visited on Saturday February 28, 2015. Service and Food were 100% the worst EVER!!!!! Asked to talk to MANAGER (think her name was Vasi) and she was laughing as we were explaining what happened. 1st time being there and would NEVER recommend this restaurant (if that’s what you want to call it) to anyone, not even my worst enemy. If you’re looking for a hot plate with cold food on it then this is the place to be. If you want to eat everything with your fingers cause they don’t believe in silverware, then this is the place to be. If you want to wait at either entrance to be seated cause every table in sight is empty but no one around to seat you, then this is the place to be. If you want to wait over 15 mins to get one refill (and only ONE), then this is the place to be. If you want to explain your issues to the manger and have her laugh at you and tell you that you will get 15% off your bill, but when you do get the bill there’s no discount and the manager is no where to be found, then this is the place to be. PLEASE, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
Worst place to be in Niagara Falls. My girlfriend and I went on a trip to Niagara Falls. We wanted to eat after a long trip and shoeless Joe’s seemed to fit in as we wanted to follow the world cup. When we ordered, we had to wait 55 MINS before getting any food. We were too tired else we would have left. Everything was overpriced but since we were there to try some new and good food, we thought it would worth the wait.I ordered 1 pound of chicken wings and my girlfriend ordered a sandwich. The portions were ridiculously small. I am a big fan of sports and wings. I know that 1 pound of chicken wings should give around 8-9 pieces but there were just 6 on my plate!! It was mentioned in the menu that there would be fries on my plate but there were 2 tiny pieces of carrots. My girlfriend had fries in her plate but they were all cold, hard to chew and overcooked. We had them sent back but when a fresh portion came, it was half the size of the sent back one. Since it was our first night out and we just wanted to get out of there, we said nothing and left.
Miked. Ate last night at bar and food was ok, service terrific. Tonight at a table and the service was terrible. I had to signal for everything. Food took 45 minutes and was was crap. Ribs were from a 2 month old baby pig as they were the smallest I have ever seen. Combo with four dried, microwaved wings. they replaced three dried wings with three hot but still dry(internally) wings. Ordered with dry rub, did not expect dried out. High price for a total of rotten evening. Went next door and ordered a pizza and beer.
Awful. I get it – you’re in a tourist area, your expectations for decent food should not be too high. Even at at the lowest level their food along with the service was among the worst I have experienced. We were a group of 6 hungry and thirsty folks….Strike 1: Our server forgot to bring a drink over. After a bit of a wait I went over to the bar to let her know – she seemed a bit annoyed that I would approach her with such fodder. Strike 2: We asked our server a question regarding the quinoa as a side dish. She described it as tasteless. I kid you not that’s what she actually said.Strike 3: The table fare failed on 4 out of the 6. The chicken rolls, chicken sliders and the burgers less than stellar. As for the 3 cheese jalapeo burger I had, if server described that as tasteless I would 100% agree. The only 2 items that our diners enjoyed was a salad and fish and chips.Game over: The only time our server smiled was when she presented the bill. Temporarily turning on charm hoping to stimulate a better tip response — it didn’t work.
Service from the bartender was good. Food mediocre. Women’s bathrooms reeked of urine! Disgusting! I notified a server the bathroom needed tending to nothing was done.
Terrible. Poor service and lousy food. We stopped here expecting a sports bar to have good beer. Half the beer advertised wasn’t available. I ordered ribs – which were OK, the potato was hard , cold and undercooked and had very little on it for a loaded potato. Chicken sandwich was bland and undercooked. The food took a long time to arrive despite the place being very quiet. The waitress was more interested in chatting with her friends than refilling our empty drinks. Don’t waste your vacation time or your money.
Awful. This restaurant was horrible, wait staff could not even tell us what was good or recommend anything. Wings were dry and flavorless, fries were soggy, sliders were overdone with stale buns, potato skins were overcooked. DONT EAT HERE!
