Worst meal ever. I go out to restaurants all the time, and this is by far, the most disgusting food that was ever served. Not only are prices bumped up just because its’ in a tourist area, the food also is significantly worse than anywhere else. We ordered a burger and a salad, and it tasted stale and gross. How difficult is it to make a burger? TOURISTS & LOCALS – do not support this horrible business that doesn’t give a f about your customer experience. Also, under-staffed.
Cold food on a hot plate. Visited on Saturday February 28, 2015. Service and Food were 100% the worst EVER!!!!! Asked to talk to MANAGER (think her name was Vasi) and she was laughing as we were explaining what happened. 1st time being there and would NEVER recommend this restaurant (if that’s what you want to call it) to anyone, not even my worst enemy. If you’re looking for a hot plate with cold food on it then this is the place to be. If you want to eat everything with your fingers cause they don’t believe in silverware, then this is the place to be. If you want to wait at either entrance to be seated cause every table in sight is empty but no one around to seat you, then this is the place to be. If you want to wait over 15 mins to get one refill (and only ONE), then this is the place to be. If you want to explain your issues to the manger and have her laugh at you and tell you that you will get 15% off your bill, but when you do get the bill there’s no discount and the manager is no where to be found, then this is the place to be. PLEASE, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
