Came into Suisha Gardens a couple of times, every time has been a relatively good experience. The food is good, its a big wide open restaurant, seat placement is alright I guess, some places in the restaurant seem wide open and some places seem a little crowded. The teppanyaki dining room looks cool, always wanted to go in for a teppan dining experience, but didn’t get the chance to. A little hidden, but if you look for it, you won’t regret it.
Salad With A Screw In It. Was only offered a replacement.13 Jan, 2015Never Going Back. The experience that me and my group had at this restaurant was very disappointing. We arrived at 7:45 and had reservations at 8. Our group was pushed to the side and ignored, we weren’t offered any drinks or the menu while we were waiting. I had to check in with the hostess three times after 8 o’clock to see if our seating was ready and was told they were still preparing. The restaurant was almost empty. We were finally seated at 8:45 and didn’t recieve food till about 9:30, approximately 2 hours after we arrived. This food was soup and salad and was made within the restaurant not right in front of us, and one of our guests found a screw within his salad. The waitress shrugged it off, we had to approach management who gave him the resolution of a new salad. He did not want this and didn’t eat it. After dinner he approached management and was given a scoop of ice cream and then after going back and arguing a third time he was only given 50% off his meal. The dinner portion with the chef was good. However, the chef was unable to provide each portion of the dinner at the appropriate times, we had asked for two chefs on the reservation and were denied. The chef was able to make a good teppanyaki dinner however, the rice was cold by the team the meats were given, and the cooking process took over an hour and a half. We finally left the restaurant at 11:30, we spoke to the manager again about the experience and letting her know we wouldn’t be coming back, she did not attempt to create a resolution. Based on the price and this experience I would not go back and would not recommend it anyone.
