We had dinner at the rainbow room. The food was alright. Service was okay. The view from here was spectacular. The risotto was great, but the portion size was too little for the 40$ you pay for it.
Amazing food and views! We went here for dinner as part of a couple’s package with the Sheraton On The Falls. Service was excellent. We had the rack of lamb and beef tenderloin – both excellently prepared and satisfying. For dessert, we shared the fruit crumble with vanilla ice cream which was made to order. The portions are large and ingredients, high quality. Entrees are between $36-46, but it’s worth the price for the quality of the food and experience. With the $40 gift card through the Sheraton, it’s a reasonably priced dinner. We would go here again even without the discount and recommend to others. Enjoy!

Our trip favorite!. October 8,2012We (two couples varying in age from late 50’s -late 80 ‘s) were in Niagara for four nights. We have traveled quite a bit together and enjoy experiencing Top rated chefs whenever possible. We were certainly not disappointed by Canadian Chef Massimo Capra’s Rainbow Room and Executive Chef Damian Harrington. The fresh local ingredients paired with the Canadian wine aauthorty of Tony Aspler, made our last evening in Niagara at a table overlooking BOTH falls also our best!!!
Wouldn’t go back for breakfast. One thing this place has going for it is that it’s open by 8:00 on Sunday mornings, and that’s pretty much why I chose it over other restaurants nearby. I didn’t want to do the buffet, but their menu options are so limited and only a couple dollars less than the buffet, so I ended up doing the buffet. Good selection available. Nothing really stood out to me – maybe their tomato jam. Service was pretty poor for no apparent reason (it wasn’t busy). In my opinion, the view of the falls is better here than at the Fallsview Restaurant.
This place was amazing. Such a nice romantic location, the whole restaurant overlooks both the American and Canadian falls. The calamari fritti is a must try, the marinara sauce is lifechanging. The linguini carbonara was very good and surprisingly light. My bf had the 8oz tenderloin steak and it too was very tender and delicious. I like that they had a suggested wine pairing for every entree on the menu and all are Ontario wines. We had white chocolate red velvet cheesecake with berries and it was amazing. A definite must-go especially if you’re looking for a romantic spot for dinner.
