The Watermark is located at the top of the Hilton and it has excellent views of both falls. Seating is comfortable and the room has an upscale feel. Good variety on the menu and considering the location, good value. We enjoyed the food very much and the quality is the best I have had in Niagara Falls. Service was outstanding in all respects. Wine list is much better than I expected. Our experience here was very enjoyable.

Very average quality food, extremely small portions and immensely overpriced.View is breath taking
The food was quite poor for the price. Chef’s soup was mediocre at best, tasted like from a can. The vegetables in it were way too soft, and added no texture to the soup. The only texture somewhat was from the chunks of beef which had no uniformity to the size, some where small, others were huge. They had run out out of cappelinni (angel hair pasta) on a Friday night so they substituted spaghetti noodles. This was a slight disappointment, as spaghetti adds a totally different feel to the dish. The vegetables in the pasta were to e julienned and most were, but there were many that we’re either to thick or weren’t even completely cut! In my opinion this just shows laziness or inexperience in the kitchen and was disappointing to find in such a classy restaurant in the Hilton hotel. The service from the server was very helpful yet slow, not sure if this is from the server or from the bar/kitchen.
Wonderful. Went here for buffet breakfast and it’s fantastic! Eating breakfast with a perfect view of both the Canadian and American Falls from high up in the Hilton Fallsview when the sun is shining is awesome! White linen and beautiful china. Just classy and a perfect ambiance. Food was very tasty and the usual omelette station and buffet assortment. It was just a great experience and you come away feeling like you ate somewhere very different. That’s because you did.
Food is ok but expensive for very small quantities. You are paying mostly for the view.
