I have always enjoyed your product always my favourite burger place until a recent visit on Glendale storeHaving lunch with my mother 87 and hard of hearing and my aunt who is slowing going thru the loss of her visionMy sister cousin niece and I took them out for lunchBoth could afford to eat anywhere money is no issue but chose your store .We ate at the back of the store ,talked laughed as we ate our lunch.After an hour one of the staff came and told us we have been there long enough and our laughing was too loud and it was lunch time and their busy timePlease note there were many empty seats This was a total lack of respect for good decent customers she spoke as if we were rowdy teenagers When asked who complained she said it was her manager who then came out of the back and stated it was coming through the wall where he was working and could not concentrateWhoever owns this restaurant needs to train staff in customer skills Those two did not have the skill set to work in this setting.We were not to loud just taking and laughing Not enough of that in today’s world and then we are told to stifle it in a burger jointGive me a break
