We are a family owned & operated business in the heart of Niagara on the Lake, Ontario serving the finest Hungarian Kurtoskalacs (Chimney Cakes) in both sweet & savory styles. We started with a recipe that is over 300 years old & modernized it to today's updated taste palettes. We bake our Chimney's from scratch everyday using all natural & mostly organic ingredients. Our Chimney Cakes are baked, not fried, in specialized rotisserie oven & once removed from the wooden baking pin, smoke like a chimney! We offer sweet varieties like Cinnamon Sugar, Walnut, Coconut, or the Original which is caramelized organic cane sugar. Our Savory Chimney range from Aged Cheddar with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Gouda & Hungarian Salami, Aged Cheddar & Salami, Stuffed Hungarian Sausage inside an Aged Cheddar Chimney, & even Ham & Swiss Sandwich inside the Aged Cheddar Chimney.
