17 Jan 2018 5:45pm Our family went for dinner. Not been there for a long time. We started off with garlic bread with cheese. Bread was crunchy but hard pressed to find the cheese. Tasted like it was purchased at the frozen food section of the local grocery store. I had the potato skins with bacon( no longer mentioned in the menu but still available). I remember in the past they use to come 6 cut in half loaded with cheese and crumbled bacon, sadly now they come cut 6 in quarters with a splash of cheese and a dismal portion of crumbled bacon. Required salt and pepper for flavour ( very disappointing). My wife had the French onion soup. The cheese was burnt on and was very hard. Once she got to the soup, it was disappointing as well. Wife did not eat it. My daughter had the buffalo chicken strips. They where a good size and tasty. Her boyfriend Jan the pulled pork sandwich. He said not bad, a little dry and wouldnt make that mistake twice. The buffalo chips where bearable but not recommended. On a good note, the waitress was very nice and efficient. Will we be back? Doubt it. Too bad really!

Another couple from a table beside them came over to shower the dog with love by rubbing it fur, while the hair of the dog floated around in the air we were covering our plates and drinks from the dog hair. We had to goin the building cause we there so up set. I asked the waitress, if it was OK to have dog on the patioduring dine hours , she said It is the companiescall to have dog/dogs on the patio. This dog was not a service dog, it was a pet and the owners didn’t even care if their dog up set any one while eating, as dog hair moved around in the air! I have pet’s myself but I don’t bring them to public places and up set other during their dinner. I will be looking into this further, other people and Public Health. Looking for a new place to enjoy supper without dog there ,and dog hair floating around my food.very up set with this place, staff, and company.
