  Unfortunately, I recommend you stay away from Cosy if you’re thinking about eating there. The inside is interesting looking, but that’s about it. The people answering the phone sound like you interrupt them and they don’t want your business.They bragged to me about how they’re the oldest and best Chinese food around. Being new to the area, I thought it was a really cool restaurant, but the service was subpar, and the food was brutal.The rice looks and tastes like it was made in the early morning, and been sitting there all day, without even a stir. The mixed vegetables look even worse. Chicken balls and eggs rolls were OK, but all in all, as convenient as this place is for me, I unfortunately won’t be eating here after giving it a few chances.

  Seriously, this food is gross. No taste compared to other places. Old looking inside and not good service. Look around first is my advice for a different place.

  Soggy. We ordered last night. We waited 2 hours to get our food delivered. ( yes it was partly the delivery service’s fault.) The food was very soggy and cold. We called after an hour of waiting and they said the food was ready but still there. Did not appologize or offer any discount. We also specified to make sure delivery guy had change for $100 bill and he didnt and had to come back with change. To top it all off we got 3 fortune cookies for 5 people and none of them had fortunes in them haha. I might try it one more time to see if its good fresh but not likely
