  Ok Pizza. Horrible Service. Long Delivery Time.. I am from outside of Ontario and decided to try pizza on a Sunday evening while staying in Niagara on the Lake. I settled on Fabios. When I called, the woman on the phone was very short and rude. She first told me that I needed to call from a local number or she couldnt take my order. Then she wanted to know the address of the resort where I was staying. I told her I wasnt sure of the address but I could look it up. She then acted very annoyed and told me that they were extremely busy and Id have to call her back. I said that I would just forget about ordering then to which she said she was waiting for me to hurry up (it literally took me about 10 seconds to find the address!). After ordering, the delivery and taxes came to over half the cost of my pizza. I decided to just not react to it and said fine. She then said it was a very long distance between my hotel and their location so it would take at least an hour to receive the pizza. Even though I knew according to google it was an 8 minute drive. I was shocked at the interaction I had…would not order again purely based on that.

  Amazing food. I walked in and ordered a Fabio’s Canadian and a steak sub Monday march 16 later at night. Best pizza and sub I have ever had and the young gentleman working was very nice and polite. I felt welcomed as a new customer I will definitely be back for more delicious Fabio’s pizzas
