Bad service. We walk in and are treated as unwelcome guests as soon as we sit. Our waitress was unpleasant and surly. Ruined what would have been decent food.
Had the feature. My wife and I came here for the first time. We went with a featured beef dish. Aged for 30 days. With a dry rub, fingering potatoes. Over all the service was good. Sever was prompt and attentive. The steak I would say not bad but I’ve had better at milestones. Not worth making a trip just for this place. But if your in the area. It’s a good place to eat. Good beer and wine selection. And the rest of the menu looked really good.
This place was featured on the tv show You Gotta Eat here and for good reason. Great smart casual atmosphere with nice innovative food. Worst service. If you happen to get Krista the server while you’re there be prepared for: no service whatsoever, 3 tables that came in after us had their meals before us, she never asked if we wanted drinks and never once came to our table after she screwed up our meals. She charged my husband and I for 4 salads, 2 being the wrong ones she brought us initially that she took back (we didn’t eat them) we had lunch and spent 80 bucks! I called to speak to the manager when we left and krista answered the phone to say the Harrison house has no managerial staff it’s run by servers. I find this hard to believe and will be waiting for doors to open tomorrow.
