Fantastic dining experience. Was visiting Niagara don’t her lake with my wife for the first time and decided to visit this restaurant, and boy are we glad we did.This is a very clean and beautifully decorated casual dining restaurant. The food was very delicious, from the very tender grilled octopus appetiser and the grilled calamari, to the Penne arrabiata my wife had (and I had the great pleasure to try), and the delicious rib eye steak and delicious fries, this is a restaraunt I will visit on any return trips to the area. Our waiter Cooper was very knowledgeable about not only the menu, but also about local knowledge about where to go to eat and see and do around the town. He went out of his way to make us feel very comfortable and taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Be sure to check their website and download the menu before going to make sure you are prepared for the prices ahead of time.22 Feb, 2015Grilled Octopus Appetiser. Delicious. It’s expensive. So is everything else in NOTL. Now that this is out the way, let’s talk food. The soup was good. The octopus, if on the menu, is a must have. When it comes to octopus, many places try, but few succeed. The rest of the food is up to standard; exquisite. The ribs were perfect, the MaheMahe well done, the vegetables Carmelites to perfection and the seafood linguini delightful. The atmosphere matches, soIf you are in the nieghberhood, there is no reason what so ever not to come here.
Had a lovely lunch on the patio, raspberry vinegrette is delicious. Prime rib panini is amazing share if you don’t like big portions though

Delicious. The food is excellent and so is the service. They are very friendly and hospitable. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I have a gluten allergy and the staff are familiar with that and can offer options and have solutions for your meal. We come here everytime we come to town.
Great place to go!. We arrived at Grill on King at 5:30 pm last Friday. While the patio was full, we had the inside of the restaraunt almost to ourselves. The service was quick and attentive, and the atmosphere relaxing and inviting. My wife ordered the roast chicken dinner, while on our server’s recommendation, I ordered a Mahi Mahi dish. I was a little nervous, because I have never ordered fish for dinner before. I’m not a seafood type. When the food arrived, it was perfect. Everything was well cooked, and tasted great.While Grill on King might be a little pricey to take the whole family, we would definately recommend this eatery to any couple looking for a nice quiet dinner together.

The ambiance is pretty basic and our table against the wall was a bit cramped but overall a pleasant experience.26 May, 2014Grill on King. Unfortunately we were not able to go as my husband had emergency surgery on Saturday night. I tried all ways to get my reservation back on line (including writing to you to ask how to cancel) but eventually I phoned them and they cancelled it for me. I look forward to going at a future date.
