Great for people with or without a gluten intolerance/allergy!. My mom scouted this place out seeing as she has celiac disease and this place is known for their gluten free foods. The tea room is in the back part of the building- past the store. I didn’t really know what to expect. It’s very quaint and charming back there and I instantly fell in love. The banoffe pie was to die for!! Literally one of the most delicious desserts I’ve ever eaten. It’s fairly expensive but definitely worth it every now and then for the food and the atmosphere. Pleasant workers as well.

My fianc who has a gluten intolerance loves this place. All the desserts are gluten free. For 13.50 you can get an entree with 2 vegetable side salads. We got the salmon cakes with a mixed greens and beet salad and I had the spinach quiche with the beet salad and broccoli salad. The meal was paired with water and Perrier. For dessert I had the Banoffee pie which is toffee with bananas topped with whip cream and caramel sauce. The bonus in the dessert is the homemade crust from gluten free crackers. My fianc had the bailey’s cheesecake. The only complaints was the fruit flies, we came during the peak of them as per the staff. The waiting staff was prompt and helpful
