Great food!!. I have been here a few times over the past few weeks and have had great food each time. Their fish and chips are so good!! The new owner has made some changes and the place looks great!
Going Downhill :(. Was the best neighbourhood pub anywhere, fantastic food, great portion sizes and warm friendly atmosphere. The last 2 visits, (in 2 weeks) we waited 50 minutes for 2 orders of fish and chip. Fish was soggy, bones in mine, side of fries was $4.25 and there were about 30. Speaking of fries, they have changes too, not for the better sadly. Too much change….sadly, looking for a new place to be a regular I guess. The music in the dining room was heavy metal rock, not my idea of dinner music.
Typical, New owner and the place sucks.. Been a customer for 12 plus years,went in for a regular fingers and fries P/U.Got home the portion of fries was much smaller, also clearly the fryer is dirty so the food taste bad.Maybe having a bad night but whoever is cooking should see the food doesnt look right.I will not send people there to eat anymore.Even my kids thought it sucked.Why change a good thing! The people working here are extremely rude. The waitress took her time coming to the table for anything and seemed reluctant to come serve us. The cook could be heard from the kitchen swearing. I am a hard working middle class citizen and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The Greek Salad is the best in town. It’s even better than the salad I had at the Greek restaurant on St. Paul St.!!!
