Birthday Success. Thanks to Marble Slab Creamery for helping make our daughter’s birthday a success! She requested an ice cream cake this year and MSC was our first choice. We ordered a large white chocolate/raspberry cake and it was absolutely delicious – teens and adults alike loved it. Thanks to Julie at the Fourth Ave. location for helping with our selection and her staff for creating a beautiful cake. We’ll see you for our next celebration! Elizabeth + Peter
Did not honor Groupon. First of all, I would like to state that the manager I dealt with was very pleasant but the owner did not honor a groupon I bought. I ordered a cake online and punched in my groupon code. (3 weeks before the groupon was to expire) The day I was suppose to pick up the cake (the groupon expired that day), I called and asked if it was Ok if I picked up the cake a day late(If it wasn’t I would have gone in). The girl said it was not a problem. I showed up today and the groupon was not honored as it had expired. I explained the situation and I was told that his employee did not know so I was out of luck. Nice. The ice cream may be good, but I have no idea and never will since I will never buy anything from this place. This is NOT good customer service.
An excellent product. We had our first experience with Marble Slab Creamery redeeming a Groupon for a large ice cream cake. They phoned to make sure they had the correct spelling for the name on the cake ahead of time. Had the raspberry cheesecake version with real raspberries blended in the ice cream – delicious. This is far better than grocery store ice cream unless you are talking Haagen Daz. Similar to Baskin Robbins, but better in that the ice cream is made fresh on site. We were more that pleased with the quality of the product. Also infinitely better than the soft serve cakes from Dairy Queen.
The death of Me. This is the best ice cream in the world- I would compare the quality to that of Godiva chocolate. And its always fresh. I know it seems pricey to some consumers,and you could pay around $4 for 2 litres of ice cream (at the grocery store) which contains mainly sugar, preservatives, artificial falvourings and very little real dairy. If you want qaulity you have to pay for it.
$$$$. Expensive!! That’s the only drawback. I love this ice-cream and all the options you get here but the price is crazy. It’s much cheaper to buy a tub of their ice-cream and take it home.
Amazing! I love this store! The ice cream is made fresh , and a variety of flavours, my favourite is birthday cake it tastes just like it! They’re mixins are delicious, by far, best icecream ever!!!
Just sweet. The ice cream tastes like what you’d get in a grocery store, but with more flavors. It’s sweet, with all the subtlety of a Dairy Queen Blizzard. The mix ins are pretty straightforward and boring too. It’s not worth it. Go to Jordan. They have a better place that is worth the money.
