I had just finished my ice cream and out of the corner of my eye I spot a cute little bakery across the road. Time for more treats! Lots and lots of pies, cookies, tarts, sandwiches and confectionaries, but what caught my eye was the mini pumpkin pie and mini maple tart. Yum! The pumpkin pie was scrumptious, and so was the maple tart. Intense and rich flavours and a biscuit-like crust. The only thing I didn’t like was that the maple tart was too sweet. I’m starting to think that my sweet tooth isn’t as sweet as I thought it would be.
