My family usually go there at least once a month. Lately we have noticed a downward spiral occurring. We have been told they are out of stock on food items such as potatoes and when ordering beverages off the menu we are told they don’t offer them (eg: cherry coke and raspberry iced tea). We also notice this one waitress that we have had a few times goes MIA. She asks if everything is alright and when we request a refill or ketchup she disappears and we don’t see her again. Our food getting cold as we wait for her return. We have to grab another server to help us. Our last visit saw us sitting there for almost 15 minutes before she even came out and noticed we were finished and waiting for the bill. There were 4 other tables being serves so it wasn’t like they were busy. I think our trips to this restaurant will be less and less.
