Been here a few times and each time the experience is still the same. Food is good in quality and portion size for the price but it’s the customer service that’s really awful. They seem to be selective on who they greet politely and who they don’t. The lady at the front is very rude and not polite at all.
Always an extremely satisfying meal. This is my second time here, this time with my Mom. We each had pho, mine with beef and hers with seafood. We each got a large which was way too much for either of us to finish. I wonder how big the XL is and who can actually finish it? Both of us loved our soup and we really appreciated the variety of condiments at our table. I had a mint chocolate bubble tea, and she had a coconut milkshake. Both delicious, but best as a dessert. The green tea that’s brought when you sit down is perfect – no bitterness at all. The flavours of the soup meld wonderfully together. The fresh thai basil and bean sprouts are another wonderful touch. You definitely get more value than you’d expect for the $9 and change before tax each of our bowls cost. We left there full and very satisfied. The staff was also super friendly and efficient. Excellent meal. Excellent Price. Excellent Atmosphere.
