The Straw that Broke the Camel’s Back. We ordered on the phone and was told that for pick-up, it was 20 minutes or it’s free. I went to the restaurant to get the pizza and the staff ignored me for about 20 minutes. When I asked if the pizza was going to be free, the staff told me no since the pizza was ready 20 minutes before. I informed the staff that I had waited at least 20 minutes on top of the time it took me to get there and therefore it should be free. She told me that she was busy and didn’t have time to argue and that the pizza was ready 20 minutes ago but she was busy and couldn’t get to me.This was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I have ordered regularly from this pizza place and have put up with rude staff, undercooked pizzas, and incomplete delivery orders. I have decided that there are probably more deserved and better pizza places in the Niagara region and will not be returning to this Pizza Pizza.
