Poor customer service. Went there for supper tonight my hubby ordered liver and onions sent his liver back told waitress tasted like water was not happy waitress took order back when it came time for the bill there was no credit for his dinner when I asked about the server came over and offered me a ten % discount , I told her not acceptable then they said I had to speak to manager, I told them that is what they should have done in the first place . So when manager comes over she tells me they will credit his dinner but not a regular thing they do ( I am sure it was because they were busy and I was getting angry and a little load ) she told me he ate 1/2 his meal , I told her he sent meat back only had three bites and only ate mashed potatoes left veggies he does not eat carrots , I would never recommend the place to anyone. was not happy with service or how the manager treated me with a legitimate complaint. I will go back to kelseys.
