A not so hidden gem. Skip the tourist spots for great value, tasty food. Lots of parking here when the tourist strip was a zoo, too. Service was excellent, as was the food. We had homemade green keepers pie (cottage pie), which was hearty and tasty and very obviously made with fresh ingredients by a chef with great tastebuds. The beef and mushroom pie was perfectly beer braised and again, made with care. Both around $12. So refreshing to find a restaurant that doesn’t buy into the overpriced and mediocre food culture in the area. Craft beers and local wines, too. Gluten-free options as well, including burger buns and pizza crusts. A total, not so hidden gem.
